Novi Sad
Novi Sad ist die zweitgrößte Stadt Serbiens und liegt an der Donau. Das Stadtzentrum ist im barocken Stil erbaut. Sehenswert ist die Kathedrale, das Rathaus sowie die Festung Petrovaradin, das Gibraltar der Donau. Novi Sad war während des Jugoslawien-Krieges 1999 Ziel von Luftangriffen durch die NATO. Dabei wurden u.a. alle Donaubrücken zerstört. Erst seit Eröffnung der Freiheitsbrücke am 11. Oktober 2005 ist die Schifffahrt wieder ungehindert möglich. Die Fundamente der alten Donaubrücke sind zur Erinnerung stehen geblieben.

 

  Novi Sad
Novi Sad is the second largest city of Serbia and is located at the Danube river. The centre is delighted in a baroque style. Points of interest are the cathedral, the city hall and Petrovaradin, the "Gibraltar at the Danube". During the Yugoslavia war Novi Sad was goal of air raids by the NATO. All Danube bridges are destroyed. Since opening the "Liberty Bridge" on 11th October 2005 the navigation is possible unhindered. The foundations of the old Danube bridge whould be stayed for remainding.

  Nationalpark Fruska Gora
Südlich von Novi Sad erstreckt sich auf einer Länge von 80 km die Fruska Gora mit ausgiebigen Viehweiden, Getreidefeldern, Weingärten und Obstplantagen. Über 700 Heilkräuter sind in Fruska Gora zu finden, sowie viele vom Aussterben bedrohte Tierarten. 16 mittelalterliche Klöster sind über das ganze Gebiet verteilt. Die Fruska Gora ist einer der drei heiligen Berge in der christlich - orthodoxen Welt. Der Nationalpark Fruska Gora ist ein von der UNESCO geschütztes Weltkultur- und Naturerbe. 

 

  National park Fruska Gora 
In the southern of Novi Sad, on a length of 80 kilometers, the Fruska Gora has been placed. More than 700 herbs were found in Fruska Gora, as well as many of becoming extince threatened animals species. 16 medieval monasteries are distributed over the whole area. The Fruska Gora is one of the three holy montains like in a Christian Orthodox world. The national park Fruska Gora is places as a UNESCO protected world culture and nature inheritance.

  Nationalpark Derdap 
Der Nationalpark Derdap erstreckt sich über eine Länge von 100 km entlang der Donau mit der größten Flussklippenlandschaft Europas. Das Flussbett der Donau verengt sich hier auf 150 Meter, während die Klippen über 320 Meter hoch sind. Das Gebiet des Nationalparks ist gefüllt mit Tier- und Pflanzenvielfalt, historischen Monumenten und archäologischen Funden. 

Lepenski vir ist ein über 8000 Jahre alter Fund, der Aufschlüsse über die früheren Einwohner und Siedlungen in diesem Gebiet vermittelt. Die Festung Golubac und Kladovo sind mittelalterliche kulturelle Erben. Golubac wurde im 13. Jahrhundert von den Ungarn gegründet. Später fiel es in die Hände der Türken. Seit 1815 gehört die Festung zu Serbien. Sie zählt zu den am besten erhaltenen in ganz Serbien. 

 

  National park Derdap 
The national park Derdap extends over a length of 100 kilometers behind the Danube river with the largest river cliff landscape in Europe. The Danube itself narrows here on 150 meters and the cliffs has a high of 320 meters. The area of the national park is filled with animal and plant veriety, historical monuments and archaeological finds. 

Lepenski vir is a more than 8000 years old find. It obtains explanations about the former inhabitants and settlements in this area. Golubac and Kladovo are medieval cultural inheriting. Golubac was placed in the 13th Century of the Hungary. Later it fell into the hands of the Turks. Since 1815 Golubac has been placed in Serbia. It´s one of the best received fortess in Serbia.
